We’re excited to announce the launch of the Belleh Uman Bato Group at Hanga CHC in Kenema District, made possible with support from Orange Foundation, Sierra Leone! This innovative support group strengthens connections between clinic staff, pregnant women, and Traditional Birth Attendants (TBAs) within the community.

The Belleh Uman Bato Group aims to:

• Increase Uptake of Prenatal Care: Ensuring more women access vital prenatal services.
• Provide Health Education: Equipping pregnant women with essential health knowledge.
• Encourage Clinic Deliveries: Motivating TBAs to bring expecting mothers to clinics for safer deliveries.

With support from Orange Foundation, Belleh Uman Bato Groups will be launched in six districts across Sierra Leone, expanding this initiative’s impact on maternal and child health in the country.
